Figured it out. Since there were no instructions I didn't know or see the little button on the back side. That made the difference getting it to charge.

Hem telefon tutucu hem de USB Soketi olarak kullanılıyor. Rs200 içon aldım gidon boşluğuna monte ettim. Çok sağlam ve kaliteli yağışlı havalarda ustüne şeffaf bir torba geçirilip kullanılabilir. Teşekkürler
