The product was delivered with a defective dispenser, and the shampoo does not come out of the bottle at all, making the product completely unusable.The worst part is Amazon's customer service. Despite receiving a defective item, there is no option for return or replacement, and no satisfactory resolution has been provided. This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.I strongly advise buyers to think twice before ordering this product from Amazon. Receiving a defective item and then being left without any support is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

For anyone who is looking to stop hairfall, this one works wonders ! My hairfall stopped completely in 3 washes . I used their hair growth oil together with this. My hair is now thicker As well which i never thought was possible. A cheap product from India which I discovered during my travel there

So far all good.Have only been using it for a short time. The amount of hair loss was washing my hair is now basically none or a few strands, nothing like before. My hair feels very soft as well.
