Quince, with its special taste and flavor, is a fruit with great use in pastry. It is rich in vitamin C which contributes to our immune system.Last but not least, traditional sweet fruit preserves are the only sweets that contain no fat. That's why they are suggested in low calorie diets. During the production of our fruit preserve we follow a specific long term process to combine perfectly the fruit and the syrup. The syrup that we are using is original fruit syrup without artificial flavorings and colorings. Packed in unique glass jars with whole fruits inside, without any broken pieces. This is due our careful selection which is made by hand.
