No instructions were included. I don't think I would order these again. They're not that great.

This item is great I'm a beginner and love all the patterns it offers

Most of the designs are too small for using a needle to embroider, but some work and at least give a good idea. However, the ink disappears very quickly if your skin touches it (likely because of the oils). The paper also tends to tug and move, even distort sometimes, when using a cut out design on fabric. It does dissolve after a few rinses and helps guide a bit.
