That's correct. You won't want to order a comforter for the twin though- maybe just a couple of nice blankets- because it has to go under the bed!!

Q: for the trundle, can the mattress be a full size? and up to how high can it be?

Trundle mattress is a twin. I bought a 10” and I wouldn’t go any higher. It just fits with a fitted sheet.

Q: What is the height of the bed not including the headboard? I’m asking because I want to know how high off the floor the full mattress will be sitting.

Hello, without the headboard the bed will go up to 19 inches.
