My daughter loves this yoga swing. She has wanted one for quite some time. After a lot of research and shoppong around for the best rated and safest yoga swing, this is the one I chose. It was available in her favorite color. Arrived on time. Easy to set up. I tested it and it was safe. My daughter than climed in the hammock part and she can lay in it like a cacoon as well as use the straps to do her arial moves. She gives it a 10 out if 10. Totally reccomed this product.

First time using it I flipped myself upside down and immediately everything in my back that was making me walk funny, feel miserable and complain immediately cracked and released. It was amazing. So far so good.

Unfortunately, this set doesn't provide an experience i've had with other aerial yoga sets. There is a point of tension in the middle that makes it hard to get comfortable if simply sitting or laying in the swing. I can do most of my aerial yoga moves on it (hang upside down- amongst others)- and it works fine- but it's not a stretchy, comfy set like others i've experienced in studio. I will be purchasing an actual silk swing.

I have two main problems with this swing.1. The extension straps are uneven. I didn’t notice at first because I had my swing on the lowest height, so the swing was only slightly uneven. When I put the swing up higher for more of a challenge, the swing did not hang straight, and the handles were not level, making the entire swing basically useless.2. The swing is already fraying, and I’ve had it for less than three weeks. I’ve used it maybe 6–8 times in that three weeks, and have mostly been using it for inverting (the classic pose you see everywhere) and for seated meditation, so nothing crazy.Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this swing and will be returning it. Don’t waste your money on this, there are much better swings out there.

Seriously, you need one of these now! Sometimes I even just sit in it to read. The hardest part is figuring out somewhere that will support hanging it. I have a wood beam ceiling so I just slipped the straps through the little space between the wood beam and the actual ceiling and hung it like that but most people probably won't have that luxury. I also had it set up on my porch on the beam that runs under the porch connecting the support beams to the ground.Seriously though, it's worth figuring somewhere out to hanging because these things are amazing!

This item looks like it was someone else return. Small parts were loose, and things were forced back into the bag. The box was ripped apart and couldn’t even hold the items. This was a gift and so I was disappointed and unhappy that I had to repackage it before giving it as a gift.

Great product as advertised.Was missing screws to mount to a wooden beam.
