Simple Water Boost Skin Quench, Sleeping Cream, 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I was blown away on how my skin felt the morning after using this product! Lightweight, a little goes a long way and no greasy residue (I’m a sucker for trying water-gel moisturizers, I don’t like how heavy others feel) I can’t wait to try this is during the winter months!

Yes I do like how it feels on my skin nice and cool , it does NOT dry it out either . Your skin feels great in morning soft and smooth , yes I will keep on using it at night like what it is doing .;=]]

So, I really like and have been using the Simple water boost gel moisturizer that comes in a squeeze tube for about a year now. It's a lightweight gel moisturizer that hydrates my skin and wears really well under makeup during the daytime. However, I felt I needed something a little more heavy duty hydrating for a night cream especially with it getting cold due to season change. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be any thicker, more hydrating, etc., than the normal daytime moisturizer. You do seem to get more in it so that is a plus. I just don't think it is much different from the other moisturizer for them to be claiming it is a sleeping cream. It's nice but not thick enough for a night cream. I just use it as a daytime moisturizer under makeup like I did the other one.

I love this night cream! I use it every night before I go to sleep. It leaves my skin soft and supple. It’s not greasy and fast absorption.

I love this moisturizer!! I have combination/oily skin. I could never figure out why my skin was producing so much oil when I was using heavy cream moisturizers every night before bed. How was my face still dry all the time?!?! After realizing my cleanser was WAY over striping my face, I realized the ultra heavy duty creams were clogging up my pores and causing breakouts while still leaving my skin THIRSTY. I knew I had to change something in my routine. I now use Simple’s hydrating cleanser which cleanses without over stripping. I then use this moisturizer to help keep my sensitive skin hydrated without clogging my pores or being too heavy of a moisturizer to where I’m sweating it off my face in five seconds after applying. Ladies/gentlemen, first consider your cleanser and if it is stripping your face. Then think about your moisturizer.. do you need hydration or is your skin already hydrated? If your skin is thirsty, even after cleansing with an appropriate cleanser, this is the product for you. I live in the desert so no matter what I do, my skin is dehydrated. After using this moisturizer before bed, I no longer wake up to tight or what I call “liney” skin. This moisturizer has saved my face for the summer and will probably be used all year round as part of my hydration regime :):):) Thank you Simple.

I have ordered this item in the past, but this time I was surprised to see that is was not sealed. When I opened the jar, it was less than 1/2 full. I then confirmed by weighing an empty jar (with lid, exactly the same item, but completely empty, used as tare weight) and compared the weight to the new jar. The new jar weight was 1.25 fluid oz. The labeling indicates 1.7 fluid oz. This is to far off to be a slight variance. I believe this item has been tampered. Follow up: I contacted Simple directly and they said this product was discontinued in 2020. The shelf life of the product is 3 years. This product offered anywhere is expired and should not be offered by any supplier.
