Excellent service from ordering to delivery
Good quality and designed product, securely packaged at delivery to prevent damage. They are easy to programme to maintain a set room temperature. Both my heaters work well in my large conservatory.

Once programmed, it works fine
Fast delivery.Beautiful, modern and ideal size, this heater met my expectations.I had to program it manually, directly on the display because the wifi didn't work for me.Fortunately, it's not complicated to program manually.I only use wifi when I need to turn the heater on or off and not to program.As my expectation was to do everything through the app and that was not possible, 4 stars.

Excellent value for money - easy to set up
These heaters are excellent value for money. They were delivered earlier than I anticipated and apparently easy to hardwire (I didn’t do this myself)! Pale grey heaters look great in a matt finish. The white are gloss- ok but prefer the grey.Easy to set up the app and the temperature on the app isn’t accurate but it doesn’t matter the radiators have their own thermostat. Easy to link to Alexa. Ordered 3 more to do the rest of the house (we don’t have any gas).

Excellent heater
Very pleased with this heater. Easy to set up on smart phone. Heats up pretty quickly and room feels nice and cosy. Customer service quick to resolve slight issue.

Not worth the money
Don't buy, will be returning this as only works for two days 😠

BEEP!
It makes a loud beep when switching on/off. Hopeless in a bedroom. Also the control screen is over complicated. Expensive for what it is.
