This Frame arrived on time and well packed.I was delighted to see a very well built, attractive Silver edged Frame, which nicely holds a 7x5 inch photo print.The Frame can be firmly stood in Portrait or Landscape.The stand is very sturdy as is the plush velvety backplate with its rotating retainers.There are 2 solid metal, hinged loops attached to the Frame back, for wall hanging, in Portrait or Landscape.It was used to hold a special family photo which I had edited and enlarged.The Lady recipient was so delighted that she cried!Recommended, thanks Seller

This photo frame is gorgeous. I thought it was really good value for the price. It looks like a high quality frame and I am really pleased with the purchase. The back is suede/velvety which adds to the high quality finish. Overall very happy with this product.

REVIEW OF 8 x 6 INCH EVERGREEN TARNISH RESISTANT SILVER PLATED NARROW EDGE PHOTO/PICTURE FRAMEIn the market for a picture frame that looks the part...? This might very well be what you're looking for. Here's what I think of it:• This picture frame measures 228mm x 178mm, according to my own estimation. The rim (including its interior bevel) is 17mm wide, throughout• The plain rim is silver-plated and made tarnish resistant through the application of a very thin coating of lacquer - thus preventing oxidisation. As a result, the brightwork is VERY bright indeed and acts like a magnet for fingerprints - marks that always draw the eye, even from a distance. When you need to clean the rim, my best advice would be to use two microfiber cloths: one dampened (not drenched) to wipe away the marks; the other dry, to mop up any residual liquid and gently polish the surface. DON'T ever use a proprietary metal polish, as this will be far too abrasive!• The frame comes supplied with two metal hanging loops already attached, allowing you to wall-mount the frame in either a portrait or landscape orientation. There is also a fold-out easel stand (tethered by a length of black ribbon, so that it can't open too far), which is usefully mitred to a point - again, enabling the frame to be stood in either a portrait or landscape position. This stand is felt-covered, too• The rear panels of the frame are also covered in black felt, and this felted area slightly overhangs the rim. The frame, therefore, rests directly on this felt and not on the metalwork of the rim - hopefully reducing the chance that it could scratch your precious furniture. The inner panel is secured by three swivelling clips, which are attached by screws and so can be tightened if they loosen over time: removing this panel allows you to place your 8" x 10" photograph, etc., behind the protective glass• The glass is not fixed but independent of the frame and so can be reversed, should the outer surface of the glass become scratched or marked• It's good practice to try and avoid placing glossy photographs behind a shiny glass plate because this creates a 'double reflectance', making it difficult to view the details clearly. A photograph with a matt finish is recommended• This picture frame is manufactured in China, according to the cardboard gift box in which it was suppliedIn summary:This is an attractive though basic silver-plated picture frame, which is being offered here at a very tempting price. So why not five stars...? The first example I was sent had some scratches on the metal frame and on the glass, so I suspect that the quality control isn't quite what it should be. If you buy one, check it carefully. Otherwise, this is a recommended buy.

A a good product that was dispatched and delivered promptly, now sitting on the shelf holding pictures of our lovely Grandchildren

This is a beautiful frame. It has a slim surround that does not detract from the photograph. It arrived well packed in bubble wrap and boxed. I used the frame to frame an old black and white photograph of my late mother, when she was a teenager during the war. I ordered three frames to give each of my sons a copy of the photograph. Very pleased and at a brilliant price.

Good quality item with fast delivery at a reasonable price.

This was a present to go with a photo so I was really pleased that it was very very nice and suited the picture perfectly.Although the description states is packaged well... it came in only its own box and was pushed through the letterbox and fell to the floor. I’m pretty lucky the glass didn’t break but maybe it might be better packaged for other buyers. For the money, it’s a steel.

4 years on... still as good as new... I have 12, and would purchase again without a shadow of doubt
