I will say that this product was helpful the first 2-3 months I used it. It helped relieve muscle soreness when I used it before bed, however I don't think I need the additional supplement and have not noticed the effect in my second purchase of the same product. The capsules are relatively large and have an odd taste and after taste to them. I find it helpful to drink juice after use.
