## Description

Double Lock:When you just press the button to open the gate, the gate is still in the closed state. You need to lift it up and push it open again to open it correctly. This is easy for adults, but difficult for children. The double tongue lock design enhances the safety of the stair gate. Red Line Prompt:When we open or close the child gate, there is a red line at the lock that can remind us whether the safety door has been closed in place. If the red line is completely covered, the gate is in a locked installation state. If the red line is not covered, we need to adjust the door gate until the red prompt line is covered. Anti-trip Pedal:Our gate equip with an anti-trip pedal at the bottom, avoiding tripping and easy to push a stroller through it. Auto- Close:When the opening angle is ＜ 90°, the gate can automatically close Keep Stay:When the opening angle is 90°, the gate will remain open. 180° Door Swing:We’ve made it easier for parents, pet owners, and even large pets to walk through our ultra-wide, adjustable gate thanks to a double swing door design.

Review: Sturdy and Effective – Great Gate for Safety - Sturdy and Effective – Great Gate for Safety We've been really impressed with the GROWNSY Baby Gate for Stairs. It's incredibly sturdy and well-built, giving us peace of mind when it comes to keeping our little one safe around stairs and off-limits areas. Installation was straightforward, and the gate is very easy for any adult to open and close, which is a huge plus when your hands are full. The design is clean, modern, and blends in nicely with our home. One thing to note: while it's secure for younger toddlers, our 2.5-year-old was able to figure out how to open it with a bit of effort. So if you're looking for a gate to block slightly older, more curious kids, you may want to keep a close eye.
Review: Very Versatile for different applications - Being a first time Grandpa, I was preparing for a visit from my Son/wife with my grandson. My house was not toddler proof and I had a set of stairs that needed to be blocked, I saw this baby gate on desertcart and quickly order, came 2 day later just in time to set up. My application was unique as the foot of the stairs was next to a window and could not place any gate there do to not having any solid surface on one side due to window, I went with two gates to black access to the stairs from the main house, these work perfectly and were extremely easy to set up. they had extenders but I did not have use but see how that would be a benefit for other application needed a wider area to block. Once in place they were solid and held in place with any fear of them falling or being pulled down. The Gate made it easy access for the rest for us adults. Not having to step over or take down to get upstairs was a real plus. They were only for a visit so I have store them for next time or to use in other applications. I would highlyly recommend to anyone. One big hint in installing, since I am one who does not read instructions I cut a zip tied that prevent the spring action n the gate to not engage which makes installation easier, though I did it, it was still pretty easy to install but took a little more effort and adjustment on the tensioners on the side. I learned my lesson on the first one and the second went up easy peasy. Lesson learned do not cut the tension strap. It is well marked on the product.

## Features

- 【𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹】The anti-stumble pedal, especially designed for the top of stairway baby gates, reduces tripping risks with its flat surface. Essential for homes with elderly or children, it ensures a snug gate-to-floor fit. Its seamless design maintains safety without affecting aesthetics.
- 【𝟮 𝗩-𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀】V-shaped screws are specially designed brackets that offer enhanced grip and stability. In the context of baby gates, they provide a secure connection with stair railings, ensuring a snug fit and preventing slippage
- 【𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱&𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻】The GROWNSY baby gate offers a hassle-free setup. Its punch-free design means you can install it quickly without drills or tools, protecting your walls in the process. For enhanced stairway safety, we recommend using the drill installation method with wall cups. This versatile gate is perfect for stairways, doorways, and hallways to ensure the safety of children and pets.
- 【𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆】Pressure-mounted baby gates need regular tightening. Our safety gate's clear red mark indicates when to adjust. If the button doesn't cover this red mark, the screws should be tightened. When the lock covers the red mark, the gate is secure.
- 【𝟭𝟴𝟬° 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼-𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲】 The door's design allows for a dual-action swing: if opened to an angle less than 90°, it will auto-close, but it remains open when positioned at 90°. This feature safeguards against accidents from forgotten closures, seamlessly combining convenience with safety.
- 【𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴】Our gate for stairs boasts a double-locking system that not only enhances safety but also allows for easy one-handed operation by adults. To unlock, simply pull the lever and lift. This design ensures stability upon closing and prevents curious children from accidentally opening it.
- 【𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀】Our adjustable baby gate is the ideal home safety solution for your little one. Tailored for doorways and stairways, it accommodates openings from 29.5 to 49.4 inches in width. Trust GROWNSY to offer both safety and convenience for your home.

### ⭐ Broke after 6 months, no customer support
*by M***A on 23 June 2026*

We bought 2 of these gates: one for the top of our stairs and one for the bottom. We were very pleased with them, especially with the piece that fits the bottom of the gate to make a little ramp over the bottom bar frame so no one trips. However, after only 6 months of gentle use, the latching mechanism in one gate broke. I tried contacting Grownsy to see if the parts could be replaced, but the link to call customer service doesn’t work. I also used Grownsy’s contact page on their website, but no one ever replied. If you get a good gate - 5 stars! If you get a faulty one, there’s no customer support.
