These were purchased to provide storage for all the extra items which accumulate around the house, eg cushions, curtains, throws. They allow for air circulation,and items are instantly identifiable. They can be moved to another location if desired, and do not require fixing to a wall. I bought the largest size, which provides excellent storage capabilities. I bought one, to see what it was like, followed immediately by another. These look great, and are stylish, whatever the location: these are in a spare room. They were assembled quickly and easily, and are sturdy and solid. Initially, they appear expensive, but don't be fooled by others you see which are a great deal smaller. This large size is not cheap, but is excellent value. Fast and very cheap delivery (only £3.95 for heavy item!).

I'm very pleased with these. They arrived several days before the due date, despite every spanner thrown into the works by the coronavirus, but I put the package to one side for a day or two to let the nasty germs drop off. ;) When I eventually got round to the (often daunting) task of erecting shelves that don't wobble (a lot of self-assembly furniture can wobble for England) I opened the box and counted the components. Everything was there, none of the plastic bits were broken and none of the metal bits were bent. How could this be?I looked at the instructions and found things there were normal - not as bad as some, better than others, still inadequate. I read the helpful review from Rob Jackson, picked up a "lower upright" and added two half-round clips near the bottom. Click! It took me 5-6 minutes to assemble everything else and hey presto, I had a shelving unit. It still wobbled but (that's a big but) it has adjustable feet so I tweaked one leg and all done. Who knew my kitchen floor sloped like that?They look nice, they seem sturdy, and I shall get some more for the bathroom - once I've sorted out my kitchen cupboards to see what will stay hidden and what can be displayed on my shiny new shelves!

Sturdy and solid shelving unit. Easy to assemble. I use it in the old airing cupboard just where immersion heater used to be, to store toiletries .

Brought these for my wife's craft room to get it a bit tidier.Having read other reviews about the clips and bits falling off I was a bit apprehensive but went ahead and bought them anyway as they did look pretty sturdy and a much cleaner look that wooden shelving.They are a doddle to put up if you look at what you are doing.1. Notice that the half round clips are tapered, put the narrower end of the taper to the top. The clips have a raised ridge inside that corresponds to groves in the upright sections and when you locate one put the other half on and snap them together.2. Notice that the shelf has tapered eyes on each corner that slide over the uprights. This taper matches the taper on the plastic clips that you have put on the upright.Put clips on uprights the same number of groves from the bottom so they are all the same height slide shelf on a light tap to seat the shelf onto the tapered plastic clips and crack on with the next section. You can now screw in more uprights depending how you want your shelving configured. The shelves also have a reinforcing bar that goes on the underside of the shelf which also helps you to make sure you have the shelf the correct way up.Lastly there are set of bottom uprights that have adjustable feet so better to start with them and build from the floor up.I would definitely recommend these shelves as they are very well made and thought out.I don't normally write reviews on products, but felt it would be helpful as I know there are people who struggle with self-assembly and blame the product!!

So easy to put together, fits perfectly in my kitchen and holds a lot!

These shelves are sturdy and easy to assemble and are, in all ways but one, ideal for our purpose.They are sold as stainless; they are not - probably chrome plated steel. We have used them under a veranda - outside, but sheltered from direct rain, etc. Both now have extensive surface rust. They still function fine, but are visually not what we had hoped for.

I’m using this as a plant shelf in the hall. Really impressed by quality of materials ease of construction and appearance of completed item, and at such a reasonable price. Prompt delivery as well. Can’t fault it. 😍
