Review: Super quiet, runs extremely well and the handle is a bonus. - Love this shredder! The conatiner is bigger than the average 4 gallon. It is super quiet and shreds like a dream (very tiny pieces) . But I specially love that it has a handle, which makes it so much easier to lift the top. I put a garbage bag in the bin and it's so easy to empty! I haven't tried to shred more than 4 sheets at once and it does that with ease. Perfect for my needs.

This shredder is about the same noise level as my Rexel, does cross cut pretty well, and has a good sized bucket for the shreds, with a window which is indeed very useful. It isn't particularly fast and it copes with maybe four sheets of paper, but I stick to two because more just slows it down, stresses the thing, and will reduce it's lifespan. It is listed as for light office duty, I think that's a good description. To me it's work is a few sheets regularly, with infrequent sessions shredding the odd ream of old files. If that is your workload, this will do fine. If you need something fast and dependable for regular office file shredding, can't take the time to remove staples &c, or need 12 sheets shredded at a time, I would suggest look at paying a fair bit more for a commercial-duty shredder which this does not pretend to be. It has a reverse 'always on' setting for clearing jams, but no 'always on' forward setting which can be useful. However, it stays on for a couple of seconds after the paper has passed through which goes a long way to clearing any impending jams.

**Q: Does this paper shredder have any problems of shredding credit cards, DVD's or paper clips?**
A: No problem with credit cards. I haven't tried dvd's. Generally I wouldn't run paper clips through any shredder but that's a personal preference.

**Q: How to install this paper shredder?**
A: Hi! It is easy to install. It requires partial assembly and package comes with instructions, you can follow the instruction to install and refer to our video.

**Q: Does this shredder need oil? Like oil sheets or lubircants?**
A: You don't need it right away unless you do a lot of shredding. And I recommend to use Bonsaii's own lubricant or oil sheet to prolong its lifetime.

**Q: Manual for C-221B says continuous run time is only 10 minutes, but your description is 30 minutes continuous. Which one is correct?**
A: Neither I could only get it to run for maybe 2 minutes. This is not a good product and you should pick another manufacturer and model. I found a really good one at Costco.

Love this shredder! The conatiner is bigger than the average 4 gallon. It is super quiet and shreds like a dream (very tiny pieces) . But I specially love that it has a handle, which makes it so much easier to lift the top. I put a garbage bag in the bin and it's so easy to empty! I haven't tried to shred more than 4 sheets at once and it does that with ease. Perfect for my needs.
