This is the second jacket of this kind (first one was in another color/pattern) ordered for my husband. The first one was bought in January. He wears an Extra Large, which is the size we ordered in both cases. The two jackets fit him perfectly and are very cozy -- comfortable and soft. In winter temperatures, he says they're nicely warm, with just a short - or long-sleeved T-shirt underneath. I don't know how the fit would be with a sweater underneath instead, but it might be a bit snug. He likes having the handy breast pocket. The jackets are well sewn, the closing zippers work well. We haven't washed the jackets yet, so we don't know how easy that will go, but am thinking that the outside and inner material will likely absorb a lot of water and make it necessary to wash them as single items in the washer ("bulky item" selection on the dial). Our washer does a great job spinning out the excess water in the loads, but am anticipating having to hang the jackets up to dry naturally, and not putting them in the dryer.

I'm a female and purchased this jacket to wear outside when I do my chores - it's perfect - warm yet not bulky, I love the softness inside, appreciate the hood and it's easy to zip. Do be aware though that I feel it's a bit narrow at the bottom - I wear a size 8 in women's pants and if I bought this jacket in a men's medium and wore more than a size 10, the hip area might be too tight.

My son loves his new jacket (he got the red and black flannel plaid) It is nice and thick, very soft on the inside which is Sherpa the whole way through down arms and hood_ the materials seem quality which is satisfying as more often than not, I’ve had opposite this experience. It’s a fun, warm, and 👌 fitting jacket *true to size) My only qualm is that I do find it a bit pricey for what it is. If it were less expensive it would have gotten the 5 stars. Thanks for reading !

The fit is very good; the size is accurate.It is light but warm in the cold months. The hood stays on your head very well.It is pretty durable so far.

Loved the pattern, comfort and softness of this coat. It held up through a winter in Oregon’s woods.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew who is going to school in an area that gets damp cold. I had my son try it on so I could see how it fits. It looks great! This jacket is nicely fitted for long arms and lean body type. Not boxy at all. The zipper is metal! Sturdy and looks nice. I don’t buy anything with plastic zippers anymore because they don’t hold up so this was a big reason I ended up buying this one. The Sherpa lining is soft and added warmth. The hood is also flannel not sweatshirt fabric and gives the jacket added warmth and quality appearance. I will be buying a few more for the boys for Xmas.

This is a very nice, good quality hoodie with a very warm "sherpa" or fleece lining. Wish it were just a little longer, and the sizes run a little small. My husband normally wears a large, but we ordered the extra large to be a little more roomy, and we're glad we did. We've washed it in warm water (not cold) to see if it would shrink much, but it didn't, which was good.

I actually bought this for myself, not my husband, it is very warm and soft. I've gotten many compliments on it from other women, so I would say it's more of a unisex type jacket. It was held up well, and made of great quality. I have not put it in the dryer, only machine washed in cold, and hung dry, & still looks new. Highly recommend!
