That said it is still light enough to handle and much easier to use than my older rollator. I always read the negative reviews first and knew that people had difficulty with keeping it folded. I knew that would be easy to solve with a small strap on the handles. I chose to use Velcro and they should really just add the strap for the convenience but you could just use a piece of string or bungee cord. The brake levers are a little stiff but it is brand new. I also think the rollator is extremely well made and very stable and the reason that some people have said not to lean back on it is because they sat on it the wrong way around. The back support strap is excellent if you sit the correct way. You basically just apply the brakes and then you turn around and sit. I have used it now on buses and taken it in the car and it is easier than my other 2 to use and to transport. This is my third rollator. I have a Drive rollator and a heavy and bulky fancy French Chariot. The Drive rollator is far less manageable although it is a similar weight. Would definitely recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some annoying little faults but ok *by J***E on 1 April 2016* Nice and light but the brakes are rather stiff and jerky to use.This folds up well but needs a clip of some sort to keep it folded, none included. The instructions are poor and in the case of adjusting the height of the arms, incorrect, failing to mention the unscrewing required prior to pulling out the knob. Oh and larger in focus pictures would be good.
