Seriously, the more I use this, the better it gets! It works so quickly reducing the meal prep time. And you never have to worry about cutting your fingers! There are so many ways to quickly prepare a potato. From fries, shredding, different thicknesses of slices from chips to au Gratin, etc... And, it breaks down easily for cleaning whether it's by hand washing (watch out the blades are SHARP! Or dishwasher friendly. It rinses clean for prepping different ingredients when cooking. I'll never buy any other type of Mandolin again. In fact I gave my standard Mandolin +attachments (used once) away. 😉 highly recommend to family & friends

Man o man! This is hands down the safest and best Mandolin I have ever bought and used. Potatoes no problem, cucumbers no problem, onions easy peesy. Very sturdy and easy to clean, love it!

It is a great slicer. It saves time and is a breeze to use. If you want a easy to use slicer then this is it. All you do is select the thickness you want and start slicing it's that easy. Comes apart easily to clean. I Would recommend buying one.

Simple, easy to setup. Very sharp, but blades retract well for storage. Have used on cucumbers, carrots and mushrooms so far. Works well.

Love the safety features (after a $3K ER room visit using my old mandoline); it makes short work of slicing pretty much anything I need it to. It is a little "fiddly" to clean until you figure out how it all goes together, but once you get the hang of it, it's no problem. The only thing I don't love is that the feed chute doesn't go in 100% perpendicular to the blade, so if you want cucumber slices that are perfectly round, this won't do it....
