I have been taking this for years. The daily benefit for me is very noticeable. The tablets are nice and small so are easy to swallow. They are an excellent daily detox regime. Not to mention tons of nutrients and minerals. They are an easy and great addition to a daily routine for better health and nutrition especially when we know we can't get those things in the food available out there now days.

Pressed well, very fresh taste and would buy this one again. Better than the powders I tested. Other pressed pill makers were not as well done. This is one of the best I have taken for the quality and freshness.

This is the 3rd brand I have tried for spirulina/chlorella. The first brand I tried was good (same size/quality of tablets), but much too expensive. The second brand I tried came in capsules, and they were difficult to swallow, so i had to take them one at a time with a drink - sometimes they got stuck in my throat.This brand, Good Natured, is just right :) Very effective and high quality, easy to swallow & affordable. I have noticed a significant decrease in brain fog, increased energy throughout the day, I believe it is improving my skin's appearance (lots of collagen and important proteins, etc., in these tablets), and I have been sleeping so well at night! My only question that I am still trying to figure out is if there is heat applied during the drying process, I read somewhere that some of the proteins/benefits can be destroyed during that process if not done correctly and that many companies do not do it correctly because it cost more to do so. If anyone knows the answer to this, I would love an update.
