Big Bag Dispenser Bulk bBag Unloader Dischargers for Farms Construction Industry(Red)

I have used this several times on bulk bags of washed sand and this has been pretty nice to unload. Once put together, it has a metal point to puncture the bag such that this gets inserted in the bag and forms an exit pipe which has shutters to open and close it. It is much more controlled that other methods like cutting the bag.

Easy to use, the open close mechanism is smooth enough but not perfect, sometimes one opens and the other wants to stay closed, they are not geared together so they both open equally. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't matter, sometimes I wish they worked together. Could be a little better, but for the price I can't complain to much, I guess.Bolt holes are big enough for the next size up on the bolts, but the ones supplied do work.EDIT: nearly a year later still working, I got a red one, they have changed the color to just yellow.

Simply drop the bag on the discharger and lift back up with the forklift, then you can move it where you need it and open the discharge hatch. Close it again and move it to the next area ... really simplifies feeding.

This works great and it's much cheaper than others I've seen offered. Easy to open and close.
