Q: Can you breastfeed in this?

It is looser/stretchy material but it would be just like pulling a tank top down completely and pulling your arm out. It's definitely not made for breastfeeding . No clasps or special hidden buttons etc.

Q: I am 5"7 and about 180 lbs right now at 32 weeks. i am a ddd but don't want it to stretch out...should i get a medium? what do you think?

I would probably go with a large just to be safe. The dress is nice and stretchy but i think you’d be better off with a large, especially for the chest area haha

I would say go with a Large. I bought the XL only because I’m 5’4”, 6 months pregnant and I weight 240. I still have a little bit of room left.
