Not that great
I did not find it well made. Very flimsy and requires batteries. I had to retrun it.

Easy to Read - Easy to Use - Versatile!!
I have been on a long hunt for the right kitchen timer. There has always been some drawback or issue to the variety of options out there. (I noted my hunt highlights at the bottom of this review).I just received this timer today - so this is an immediate impression, I will update if any of my observations or experience changes. This is what I have hunted for! I wanted something I could quickly choose a couple minutes or so timing when my hands are full while cooking, or a secondary timer for other items. (I often work cooking items that require different times for various items/stages).-- This timer is extremely easy to use, if you need a quick time selection (3,5,15, 30, 45, 60 is noted around the face of the timer) - just turn the timer with your selection at the top & the timer starts. If you need another time (ie 1 ½ minute, 20 minutes, etc) you can choose that quickly via the buttons on the face (minutes on left - seconds on right) -- the volume also quick to change (on the face "V" +/- on the left & right )-- The display is bright and easy to see, large numbers, and color dashes around the face that "count down" along with the numbers - rather nice visual reference. It is a very light weight timer - but definitely does the job. If not abused, dropped, etc, I expect this timer will do a fantastic job, and check all the boxes of my timer-wishes.Tips:-- this timer uses two AAA batteries (batteries do not come with the timer) - make sure you use fresh batteries. I attempted to use a couple batteries that were not quite fresh - (if the batteries are completely dead nothing happens, but if the batteries are in limbo/not fresh) -- the display will not light us and the timer will make some obnoxious squealing sounds. -- Make sure your batteries are fresh, else you might think the timer is malfunctioning.-- Caution when placing the batteries, there are two magnets on each side of the battery compartment, and easily grab your battery - so just a heads up & caution.-- When you use the quick select times around the face, the display will not change direction, so the numbers will display at an angle or upside down -- this is another reason the color dashes are helpful, since reading the numbers might not be easy -especially if you have selected one of the lower quick selections.Summary of My Timer - Hunt:-- I pondered the rotating dial options -BUT - what if the dial gets stuck & you don't realize it?-- I pondered flip-cube timers (I was drawn to this simplicity, when you are in the middle of cooking, and just need to track a couple minutes, but your hands are full or messy, etc) - again same issue, I was worried about how to verify if the timer is working, also how much time is left.-- I pondered sand timers, (again great idea to track a couple minutes, when you are in the middle of cooking) but what if the sand gets stuck (again, you don't quite realize it).-- digital are wonderful - (well, not always) - the rechargeable are a nice idea, but if there is no indicator on when it needs a recharge, you can easily end up stuck at the worst moment - (recharges are not always consistent) -- the other issue with digital timers is how to set the time, sometimes by a button that has to be held or pushed consistently to reach desired time - which is tedious. - plus if you need to track just a minute or so quickly while your hands are full, that is very tricky.-- there are some other flip-timers that are similar to this one that did not have the option to select times other than the pre-set ones, and the display was harder to read (small-fine numbers on gray display - like old lcd digital watch faces) - I kept going back to that timer, until I came across this one, I was hesitant due to no reviews , but very glad I decided to take the gamble!!

Six Month Review - 5 Stars!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been very happy with this product. I brought a four pack of rechargeable AAA batteries to pair with this so it’s always usable. If you have ADD, ADHD, or have trouble focusing at school, home, or in the office, you should consider this. Simple controls, bright screen, and pre-set intervals make this very easy to use, and I appreciate that, because I don’t want to be wrestling to get this working while I'm trying to stay on task.If you work remote or do school from home, this will probably be useful to you. I work from home and used this ti stay on top of schoolwork. It’s been helpful in my graduate program as well.Features and controls on the front: Preset intervals of 3, 5, 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes, simple volume control (plus or minus), a pause button? And buttons to adjust minutes and seconds(I don’t ever use these). Bright screen with a near 180° viewing angle, and a progressive border light that changes color and shrinks as you run out of time. There are dedicated Pomodoro apps and websites you can set timers on, but that adds more steps than I personally want. I need to not be on my phone while I’m focused, and rotating the timer is super quick. For this reason, I like having a physical timer. The magnets make it easy to stick it to things in my view - such as the steel microphone arm at my desk.5/5 and no problems with quality after six months. Purchased the first week of November 2023.

Wasn't Exactly What I Wanted... Then It Broke
I wanted a Pomodoro timer to help with time management and to remind me to take breaks. Something easy that I could just turn on when needed (instead of setting timers on my phone for instance). This seemed to be just the ticket- you just flip it around and it starts the timer. Though I will say it's very lightweight and seems sorta flimsy for what I paid for...At first, I found it helpful. But then I quickly realized that once you started a time, you could not end it. So if you moved the timer and just happened to rotate it, it would start a countdown-- sort of obnoxious. And now, only three months later, and not even daily (or really weekly use, if I'm honest) the display no longer works. Now it's just a weird hexagon thing on my desk that beeps. And I can't turn it off.

Simple to use!
I use this to track my time with clients. It works great. Easy to use and can be customized.I don’t like that you have to remove batteries to turn off and the time does not match when you turn it.
