Although I knew minerals were important, I had only tried silica in the past to support my knees and bone health. At first, I didn’t expect much, but after about two weeks, I started noticing a real difference. Sometimes something so simple and natural can make such a difference when it's the right thing for your body. A bottle also lasts a really long time because it's so concentrated. Just make sure you mix it properly into around 500 mL of water before drinking it. I've seen a few reviews mentioning the taste and honestly I wonder if they tried drinking it straight. I actually did that once just to see what it was like… LOL. Yep, straight from the bottle it's definitely very bitter! Mixed well with water though, I have no problem with its taste at all. Really happy with it and will keep using it.

Good products

used another brand forever and they worked great but these ones or more concentrated so it doesn't take as many drops. The dropper itself doesn't make too much. come out like you can count the drops much better than other bottles. and they don't taste as bad as other ones
