Although I knew minerals were important, I had only tried silica in the past to support my knees and bone health. This time, when I purchased BioTrace Silica, I decided to try BioTrace Concentrated Trace Mineral Drops as well. At first, I didn’t expect much, but after about two weeks, I started noticing a real difference. As I’ve gotten older, my sleep has become lighter, and I would sometimes wake up with muscle cramps during the night. After taking these drops before bed for about two weeks, I found that I was falling asleep faster and sleeping longer. I also realized that I haven’t experienced any night cramps for about a month. I did a bit of research and learned that magnesium and potassium may help support normal muscle function, while magnesium and zinc are associated with healthy sleep. Sometimes something so simple and natural can make such a difference when it's the right thing for your body. A bottle also lasts a really long time because it's so concentrated. Just make sure you mix it properly into around 500 mL of water before drinking it. I've seen a few reviews mentioning the taste and honestly I wonder if they tried drinking it straight. I actually did that once just to see what it was like… LOL. Yep, straight from the bottle it's definitely very bitter! Mixed well with water though, I have no problem with its taste at all. Really happy with it and will keep using it.

used another brand forever and they worked great but these ones or more concentrated so it doesn't take as many drops. The dropper itself doesn't make too much. come out like you can count the drops much better than other bottles. and they don't taste as bad as other ones

I got a good water filter. I thought some added minerals would be a good idea.

Appreciated the ease of use, so easy to just put in a bottle of water. Liked that it was completely void of any taste, and could split up the dosage. It seems to have helped me out with my energy level, which was sorely needed, and also I didn't get the illness that was going around at work this time. So all in all, I am happy with the product.
