Satisfied
We’re very happy with this bunk bed! We were looking for a low model, and this one turned out to be the perfect solution. The quality is great, sturdy and safe for kids. It looks nice, doesn’t take up too much space, and was easy to assemble. Totally satisfied with the purchase!

Very sturdy and beautiful furniture!
Love it! Just wish the latter was a little better. My 2 yr old has already damaged it. But the bed is so cute! Not the easiest to assemble but doable solo. Heavy wood construction! Not a cheaply made piece of furniture. Great price for the heavy duty sturdiness! Would buy all the babies in the whole world this bed if I could!

Strong bed, very safe
Great looking bed. We did black and blonde. Very sturdy, which is what we wanted. It was missing 22 screws and the policy of max and Lilly is email only and a 2 day wait. Ugh. We bought new screws. Pretty bad policy

Very sturdy, beautiful quality bunk bed
Super impressed with this bed! Bought for our son’s room and put it together in about 1-2 hours (we had little helpers). The bed quality is so nice- solid wood, very sturdy feeling and all parts went well together. I love that it has a higher weight limit for when people come to stay and it was way less expensive than the beds we found at our local furniture stores.

Really good quality, aesthetically pleasing.
I was for searching for bunkbeds for a while, then I decided to pull the "trigger" on this. It was even on a "limited time deal" to my surprise for 15% off. Nice! I have paid $27.90 for shipping to Alaska. The UPS dude even carried that up for us on our stairs, over 70LBS! It can take up to 3-4 hours to assemble but the instructions are easy to follow. Sturdy and nice design and it is real wood, not particle board. Good purchase.

Well made bunkbeds
Looks great. Seems very sturdy. Good Quality for the money. Full on bottom and twin on top. No issues with screw holes putting together.

Well thought through but poorly executed
Poor manufacturing/design: - The vertical natural wood posts on the end can wobble up and down with about 0.5" of gap in each one. Once your kids realize it, they'll be playing music with moving them up and down - One of the horizontal bed slats on the railing is not as long as the other horizontal bed slat that should be the exact same size. We had to put about 10 layers of paper in there, so that the joint was tight - Not all the slats are painted equal. In the picture it all looks the same white right? Well wait until you get it... you'll have a few pieces that are more yellow pine colored than white because someone at the factory was sloppy in the painting of it - The warning label is placed crooked in the one of the most visible places on the top of the end post. I've taken it off but then good luck getting off the glue. Even after a half bottle of "goo gone", it's still a bit tacky. - The entire bed appears to be relatively structurally sound, however, it does wobble. So, don't expect a perfectly robust bed. Remember this is still soft pine wood that the bed is made of, so you're going to have "give". I would have rather they charged more and built a more robust and QA'd bed with a wood like poplar. Think about places like Pottery Barn... they use nothing but poplar wood in their beds, not pine. Customer service Review: Bed came missing a piece and also having several other pieces dented/damaged due to poor manufacturing. One piece even had a crack in it. I think what's most irritating is, the very first thing that you read when you open the box is: "contact us if your bed is not perfect and we'll make it right!".... yeah famous last words... good luck with that.... they give you a 1-800 number to call, which eventually is answered by a representative who tells you to go on their website and submit your complaint and request for replacement parts. Well I did that, it's now been several days and I still haven't heard back. Horrible Customer Service thus far... if they don't fix this in the next week, I have no choice but to either order another one and return this one or just return this one all together...

Love it with my toddlers!
What I really love about this low, ground level bunk bed is that it's easy (or easier) to get my kiddo down or reach up to tuck her in. I'm on the shorter side (5'1"), so having the ability to reach over the guard-rail to tuck my kiddo in at night, rub her back, or fix blankets was so much easier than if the bed were off the ground and taller. My husband put it together himself in roughly 1.5-2 hours - lots of pieces but pretty straightforward. It feels fairly sturdy, and I respect the weight restrictions, so I've only crawled up to tuck in blankets or grab toys that are in the way. The bottom bunk is fun though! If our kiddo is having a nightmare, we can crawl on the bottom bunk and cuddle her until she feels safe again and then rooooolll out when or if need be. I believe the ladder can be screwed in, but we chose not to because our tiniest can climb now, so we easily unhook it from the bed and put it on the top bunk to deter her from climbing and put it back for our eldest's bed time. Overall, super happy with the purchase!
