Started bulk purchasing of this product for both cost and quality reasons. The fish food claims to leave the water cleaner and compared to the cheaper flakes I used before it does. Fish eat it all because it floats rather than dropping to the bottom. I do have a bio and uv filter and found I have been able to halve cleaning it and the pump filters. Unable to say if the fish are any healthier because they have always looked good.

Tetra pond sticks are excellent for my goldfish and koi in my garden pond they stay afloat for ages so my fish eat the lot off the top of the pond its a nice sight to see them too great price and quick delivery too

Die Tetra Pond Sticks kaufen wir seit Jahren immer wieder nach, weil sie für unseren Teich einfach zuverlässig funktionieren. Wir haben verschiedene Teichfische (Goldfische und ein paar größere Exemplare) und wollten ein Futter, das unkompliziert ist und von allen gut angenommen wird. Gefüttert wird bei uns während der Saison täglich, teilweise auch über längere Zeiträume hinweg. Die Sticks schwimmen lange genug an der Oberfläche, sodass auch ruhigere Fische etwas abbekommen. Wichtig für uns: Das Wasser bleibt klar, sofern man nicht überfüttert - das war bei anderen Futtersorten nicht immer der Fall. Die Fische sind aktiv, wirken gesund und gehen sofort ans Futter, was letztlich das beste Zeichen ist. Ganz ehrlich: Es ist kein Spezialfutter für Zucht oder besonders anspruchsvolle Arten, und wer exotische Teichfische hält oder gezielt Farbe oder Wachstum pushen möchte, wird vielleicht zu etwas Hochwertigerem greifen. Für den normalen Gartenteich mit gemischtem Fischbestand ist es aber absolut ausreichend und verlässlich. Mein Tipp: Lieber kleinere Mengen füttern und beobachten, wie schnell alles gefressen wird. Dann passt das Futter gut und belastet das Wasser nicht unnötig. Für Teichbesitzer, die ein solides Alltagsfutter ohne Schnickschnack suchen, ist das hier eine sichere Wahl.
