Why does the battery last only 10-20 minutes, even though charging takes a long time?

The 40V battery takes 120-150 minutes to charge and is suitable for up to 1/8 acre of grass. Battery usage time varies with grass conditions: shorter on thick grass and longer on sparse grass.

The battery drained overnight. I recharged it, but the mower won't work. What should I do?

Check the charger's output with a multimeter. The 40V charger should read 36VDC (rated) to 42VDC (max). If the output is lower, the charger may be faulty; if it’s normal, the battery pack may need replacing.
