Incredibly impressed with the accuracy.
I downsized from a large 3 car garage and make my woodworking setup mobile. I have a SawStop PCS 52" Cabinet saw that I was looking to replace. I decided upon Festool MFTs and track saws and this saw. So far, so good. My first little project was to create a couple of Sys Vac MFT Brackets. I used mahogany and was impressed with how this saw easily cut the hardwood without any issue. I didn't hear any change in blade speed while cutting. My concerns about having enough power with a small saw and batteries quickly evaporated. My biggest impression came when I I dialyzed in the saw to create a channel in my block of mahogany. The precision achieved is crazy, I uploaded a picture to show how accurate the cut was on this bracket. Absolutely perfect, see photo. I did add a few accessories to handle larger pieces of stock including a TSO Fence and Benchdogs Miter fence with stops. A side benefit is the Benchdogs fence rests perfectly on the support stand, providing additional support. The net-net, I am very happy and have no regrets!!!

All of the features work perfectly as advertised
I am delighted with the accuracy of the tool in every regard. It is a joy to work with. The cuts are so smooth and easily that there are no saw marks that would need to be sanded out. The sled works very smoothly and accurately. The miter guide is dead accurate without any calibration necessary. The same for the setting of the desired saw blade angle. The control knob and switches work perfectly. I do wish that an out-feed table extension option would be available. And I wish that a fine adjustment feature for the fence would be available. On rare occasions, it would be nice to have an attachment to make the fence taller, for example to make a groove in the edge of a 1X6" or wider board. The batteries fit well, but it takes some experience to get the hang of holding them at just the right angle for them to slide into place -- just a nit pick on my part. All in all, I find the saw to be a joy to use.

Better than expected
Bought as a last minute tax deduction, now I don't know how I'd live without. As a trim carpenter it cuts everything I need, compact and easy to transport. Goes with me rather than having to go out to the shop or outside to cut on a bigger saw. Excellent dust collection into supplied bag. Motorized blade height is good for repetition but slow for most height changes; same goes for angle adjustment. As always with festool, nice storage. I love it. Batteries last all day.

Festool does it again.
They always seem to make everything better. This saw is no different. Very impressed with the capability.

Excellent device for work.
Excellent device for work. True, there is one drawback. Dust removal system. Of course, they did not finish it. It cuts accurately. It is very pleasant to work with such a device. But when you saw, some of the sawdust flies at you from the disk. This is especially unpleasant when you saw a long longitudinal cut. 7-8 feet. You look as if sawdust was poured on you from the front. It can even get into your eyes. But the quality of the cut and the accuracy of the angles are high. It works out its money completely. At the moment, there are no equals to it, among table saws.

Fence not straight
I watched tons of YouTube videos about this before purchasing. I do love that this is a lightweight table saw, but the fence is useless as it’s not straight when locking into place. I think I can make some shim to account for it, but it’s off by about a degree, which if this was a 200$ table saw, no big deal. But the most expensive portable table saw at 2000, kind of unacceptable. I also wish this was flex fuel meaning battery or plug in. This is my only Festool battery powered product and I only have one set of batteries. To the people who say it lasts all day, it doesn’t. It lasts maybe 1.5 hours-2hours. Since it’s battery you also have to manually turn on your vacuum rather than plug it into it.
