Have tried a lot of this type of training aid in the past but none have been up to this standard. Brilliant item for practice alone in the garden without the worry of windows getting smashed. Think it really helps with developing skills too, quite possibly the best football training aid I have tried.This product is good for both kids and adults.Brilliant!!!

Looked great but bungee connecting to ball holder ripped off on first use and pinged back and snacked my son on the face! Item returned and a refund was issued. Thank you. Have now bought a similar product from Amazon but different brand and it is great.

Just used it a few times indoor, seems quite durable though I haven't done any harsh kick yet. Will try that outdoor later to see how it lasts.
