The cover material is soft and plush. It is zippered and can be removed for washing, although it's also easy to spot clean. The inner material is firm and supportive, but with some give to it, like good memory foam. A snap fastener will hold it closed, either around your neck or clipped to a bag if you haven't put it in its pouch: => It comes with a black travel pouch and packs down surprisingly small. Overall, really good quality, comfortable and durable. My mum's neck pillow seems to be filled with polystyrene beads; this one hold its shape so much better. It's comfortable not only for traveling; sometimes if I'm just sitting reading or meditating in bed, it provides perfect support and comfort.

Nice product, soft and comfortable material. Squashes back into bag well for easy carrying. My only critism is the thickness of the cushion behind the neck, for my purpose - to use on a plane, it pushed my head forward a little more than was comfortable. Overall it is a good product which looks exactly the same as the in pictures.

I really liked this travel pillow. It’s made from memory foam and was really comfortable, especially on my 12-hour flight. It gave my neck good support and made a big difference during the journey. I also love that it comes with a little carry bag, which makes it much smaller and easier to pack away when you’re not using it. There are also lots of colours to choose from, which is a nice bonus. Overall, a really comfortable and practical travel pillow that I’d definitely recommend for long-haul flights. ✈️

Cushion is a good size and comfy, but it smells awful, had to spray liberally with frebreze. Came with an extremely small travel bag that it won't fit into, and several layers of unnecessary plastic wrapping.
