I haven’t actually used it yet, but I’m impressed with the material. It’s like velvet, so soft. There’s also a stud to keep it in place. The pouch is useful and saves space, but it’s a heck of a job getting it back in!!! 😂 .

Only used once on the sofa so far. Pretty supportive and comfortable. One star off as I have a small head and its a bit loose around the neck but maybe thats my fault for not choosing a kids one?

Didn't meet expectations. Memory Foam construction just a bit too firm so that when wrapped around my neck feels tight and cannot relax into it. My neck measured at 40 cm girth and ends of pillow about 3cm apart when trying to use button to snap together; also plastic button mechanism far too tight and difficult to undo. Many of this design for sale, but it seems none specify internal diameter (see above) nor circular 'length'. I have another older, similar pillow of the same, but softer thickness and overall width but measured end of pillow to end of pillow is about 50 cm longer; the specifications given by most sellers are inadequate to explain real-world dimensions.

Nice product, soft and comfortable material. Squashes back into bag well for easy carrying. My only critism is the thickness of the cushion behind the neck, for my purpose - to use on a plane, it pushed my head forward a little more than was comfortable. Overall it is a good product which looks exactly the same as the in pictures.
