The cover material is soft and plush. It is zippered and can be removed for washing, although it's also easy to spot clean. The inner material is firm and supportive, but with some give to it, like good memory foam. A snap fastener will hold it closed, either around your neck or clipped to a bag if you haven't put it in its pouch: => It comes with a black travel pouch and packs down surprisingly small. Overall, really good quality, comfortable and durable. My mum's neck pillow seems to be filled with polystyrene beads; this one hold its shape so much better. It's comfortable not only for traveling; sometimes if I'm just sitting reading or meditating in bed, it provides perfect support and comfort.

I got this for my elderly Mum in a care home, she has a painful arthritic neck .. she has found it soothing to be able to rest her head with the support it gives, plus it adds a little warmth .. I was impressed with it myself as I tried it, just the right size not too bulky & memory foam is perfect density to give both support & comfort .. also the pink is exactly like pics, very pretty .. can recommend 🙂👍🏻

A little large for my neck, but nice an firm.

Bought this not knowing what to expect as the reviews were mixed. When this neck pillow arrived it was very well vacuumed packed. I read the instructions which suggested leaving the pillow for 24 hours to spring back into shape. This is where other reviewers said their pillow remained ‘squashed’. Mine however, was perfect, it sprang back overnight into its proper shape. It comes in a little bag (not tried putting it back in there when not in use). It has a clasp to keep the pillow on your neck. It was comfortable to sleep with and didn’t give me neck ache which is great. My neck now has the support it needs when I sleep upright in a chair. The material is lovely and soft and can be removed for washing. Great value for money.

I'm puzzled. I bought one of these in blue in June, to try out early for a plane trip to Oz. It was good. I used it with comfort on a long train journey. Now bought a second one for my partner in pink. This is bigger all round, and heavier. Packed in pouches the pink one is clearly plumper and difficult to extract. Once both out and rested, the pink one is rigid against the foam. The blue one is much slacker. Poor quality control somewhere?

I was making a long haul flight and this was excellent to support my neck when I needed to sleep. So comfortable and easy to hang on my handbag or luggage going through the airport and traveling.

The memory foam is good quality and the cover it's zipped in is soft and easily machine washable with no danger of shrinkage. However I don't think 'one size fits all' is an achievable goal. People simply have different sized heads and I found that if I use this pillow in the standard way, my neck becomes uncomfortably compressed. I've taken to flipping it round so my neck is braced against the back with the U shape facing upwards, and using it that way the support it provides is excellent.
