Carafe with Alkaline Mineral Boost VOC Filter | Countertop Water Purifier with Exclusive 4-Stage Ultra Reverse Osmosis Technology (No Plumbing or Installation Required) | BPA Free

Works as expected. Water taste 'clean’. The refill tank at times won’t fir perfectly into the unit.

De principio a fin la comunicacion y atencion del vendedor solo se puede calificar como excepcional!

Love this water filtration for my home. Easy to set up without drilling into counter. Size is perfect for under the counter. Nice design for kitchen. Worth the price paid. I did purchase an extra glass carafe just in case I get clumsy and break or need extra filtered water. So far it’s been perfect! 👌

I have had the alkaline filter for about 6 months and I think this water filter works great and the water is delicious. I read the one star reviews, I will say most of the bad reviews can be blamed on user error. I’m not saying all complaints are illegitimate, but if you read the directions or do any research on this product, you would know that if you have low quality water, more care is required. If you are prone to break stuff like a little kid, maybe you should order a few extra pitchers in advance. Would it be nice if there was a manual on/off, so an alternate pitcher could be used, yes but I’m guessing that’s a feature not included, to avoid water accidentally pouring onto the counter for the same people who have trouble with pitcher/reservoir placement or taking care of a glass pitcher. The pitcher does need to be in position and the reservoir does need to be lined up which is easy enough for my pet monkey to do. The ones complaining about scaling and premature aging, might not be emptying the reservoir after each cycle like the directions clearly state or have very poor quality water. Our water is very poor quality and very hard, so I use a cheap pre-pre filter. I can see why people might not expect to do that with a $400 water filter, but I also rinse my dishes before the dishwasher and make sure clumps of mud are knocked off clothes before the wash. Expecting a filter to last a specific amount of time without considering water quality of water filtered and usage is ridiculous. I have had to reset or unplug/plug the filter twice. I would definitely purchase again.

Dejo de funcionar a los 11 días. Dice que debe descalcificar con un kit que no existe en Amazon y cambiar el filtro de ósmosis. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Esperando que atención al cliente pueda hacer reembolso.
