Seems good to me. I didn't count the sheets, but it was packaged nicely and the tissue seems good quality. This is the second time I've purchased it.

Has a strong chemical odor.
I just opened the package,and it stinks, really smells. It has a strong chemical odor. I was hoping to use this to pack my dress clothes for an upcoming event whereby I need to travel, but no way would I put these near my clothes.
