A: You use N2O for whipped cream.  You can use N2 or N2O for nitro cold brew, though most people prefer N2, and N2 is what coffee shops like Starbucks use.

**Q: What's the recommended ratio of coffee in the whipper to how many cartridges to use? I only used one charger initially and it wasn't very bubbly**
A: Max you should use 0.5L of coffee for one charger. I would recommend 0.25L of coffee for one charger.

**Q: How long do these cartridges last?**
A: They are a single use cartridge.
