Does it's job very Well.
My husband was given an old Dell computer by a friend but the cord has disappeared. I saw this on sale and purchased it. We used to try aftermarket cords on other old computers and they never fit. This one is a perfect fit. No slop where you connect it to the computer and gives you the charged battery you need. It sits discreetly on the floor and does it's job. That's what we needed.

Worked until it didn't but customer service took care of it
Bought this 90 watt charger in Jan and it made a loud pop noise and quit working in Sept. Pretty sure it was the capacitor that blew and I was glad I was home when it happened. Not sure if something worse would have happened or if it would have just stopped working. It was very very warm right after it blew out.Worked good before. Charged the battery well and let the machine work at full speed which can be a problem with a lot of chargers that don't have the signal pin Dell requires.Bought another even though it seems to be in warranty (1 yr)Edit:I made no attempt to contact the seller, they contacted me and offered me a refund or a replacement of the charger that failed on me. That was very nice of them as I had already purchased a new one to replace it. It arrived a few days later. Very pleased with this kind of service.

Nice second charger for my Dell
I had left my Dell charger at my sister's house. Purchased this and works like a dream. Nice to have another charger cable now. One for the office and another for travel.

Died after 2 years - Not Durable.
I bought this originally to have a second power supply/cord at home for my Dell laptop. The power supply initialy worked fine with my Dell XPS 15 7590 in the first 2 years. However, without warning, it suddenly quit working and I started receiving alerts from the laptop that the charger was not able to provide the required 130W for recharging the battery. My original power supply from Dell is still working just fine. I have now had to order an original OEM Dell power supply/cord to replace this one so as to have a ready power supply at my two primary working locations. My lesson is to save yourself the time and replacement costs for this "cheaper" knock off and stick with the OEM power cord/power supplies.
