Hands down the greatest fiber supplement I’ve ever used. I’m on my eighth bag. The unflavored is actually tasteless and works perfectly in protein shakes, coffee, or mixed into yogurt. The chai flavor is delicious and tastes better than many coffeeshop chai’s i’ve had. The chocolate is also rich and smooth.Overall bio.me is my favorite way to increase fiber. It mixes easily and has never upset my stomach. Couldn’t recommend more

Works great! Mostly unflavored. If you mix with water there is a slight taste but not a horrible one. Mixes quite well and dissolves easily in room temp liquid.

I’m the type of person that can go 3/4 days without going but with this it has helped me achieve regularity (cardio also helps) it is a bit hard to dissolve but has no taste

This fiber supplement contains a good amount of fiber and should help with gut heath and digestion. It is a fine white powder that can be mixed in water or juice for ingestion. I add a spoonful to my morning OJ to get some added daily fiber. My main complaint is that the supplement does not dissolve readily in liquid. It clumps together, sticks to the spoon and/or glass, and takes quite a bit of effort to get it dissolved into the liquid. Even once dissolved, you need to drink up quickly or it will settle back out again to the bottom of the glass. It also makes your drink slightly grainy or chalky tasting, since it never really properly dissolves. Would prefer a more soluble fiber supplement.

No matter how I tried to dissolve this, it turns into a gummy gooey slop in the bottom of my cup or bowl- even with plain water. No amount of stirring can get it to dissolve! It's quite disgusting.I only bought this because it was on sale but from now on I'm sticking with Tomorrow's Nutrition's Sun fiber which actually dissolves almost instantaneously, in anything I put it in, with simple stirring, and is NEVER gummy nor does it clump together like Bio.me doesgross EVERYTIME. Bio.me is like drinking glue! Now it's a waste because I thought I could get it to work and never returned it. Yuck!

This dissolves so easily into water (WITH A FROTHER!! Like the Amazon pages says to…. wild that so many people are leaving lower ratings for that) it truely is flavourless and I just have it with a glass of water first thing in the morning with some other supplements to help balance my hormones. It’s been about 2-3 weeks and feeling good so far!!

I am a huge advocate for gut health, I absolutely love this product! I love how it’s also flavorless so it works with any drink! It isn’t grainy or has a weird texture. I do wish it had a scooping spoon, but other than that absolutely no complaints! The price is right!
