I highly recommend these micro ingredients freeze dried strawberries! The color is a vibrant, deep pink strawberry color and they have the scent of fresh strawberries!! You can see they are fresh, dried fruit from the look and smell. The bag was filled with a good amount. The video looks like it wasn’t but I had already used some. The strawberries are whole and sliced nicely and the texture is perfect! I am definitely going to be ordering them in the future because they are a great value for the price.

Delicious absolutely delicious, great price for such a BIG bag too. Eat them by themselves or mix in yogurt, or oatmeal they are so good! I wood highly recommend!

Wow, just wow!! Tasty and so versatile, using it for just snacking, drinks and even the dog enjoys these strawberries. So glad I found these.

They are delicious but they aren't shipped properly. The package should be in a box by itself so that they don't get crushed. The package comes in an envelope so you end up with a squashed package and plenty of strawberry dust.

Smells amazing when added to my morning oatmeal. Rehydrates nicely. Tastes good, but obviously not as sweet or flavorful as a good fresh one or something with a lot of added sugar or chemicals. But fresh strawberries are seasonal, expensive, and go bad quickly and these win at convenience. The trade-off is these can stay fresh in you cupboard basically forever. Surprisingly bright red for a dehydrated product. Would be good as a decoration or topping on baked goods.

My kids and especially my toddler love dried strawberries. To now feed his sweet addiction, we are subscribing two bags every two weeks (can’t do weekly). Yes, it’s expensive, but at least they’re organic and bartering chips to get him to eat other, less appetizing foods. They have great crunch and are very vibrant in color. As others have mentioned, there is a decent amount of strawberry dust at the bottom, but that’s expected for any freeze dried fruit and this is a large bag. I plan on adding the dust to yogurts and smoothies.

I subscribed to these when I realized what a deal they were when compared to obtaining fresh organic strawberries in Alaska and freeze drying them in my freeze dryer. Over past months the price has crept up to where I decided to let them go, but to those that find them affordable the quality is good and we love them.
