Update: the mask will not turn on if plugged in. It will also not stay on if the battery is not charged or close to needing to be charged. It truly has been a wonderful addition to my beauty regimen. I have been researching masks for weeks. I’m 50 and was not interested in anything but red light therapy. I’ve worked hard to keep age spots at bay and blue light is known to bring up pigmentation. After reading countless reviews at multiple websites and speaking with my dermatologist I chose this mask. I’ve only used it about 6 times (recommend 5x a week for 10 minutes) and I’ve noticed a big difference in my dark circles lightening up. The mask comes with goggles and has a timer so you can relax and know it will shut off automatically in 10 minutes. It comes with a strap and fits really well. If you want other colored lights this isn’t the mask for you. It’s a powerful red only mask. Worth every penny.

Purchased for my beautiful daughter at her request for Christmas. She’s not even 40 yet but is taking steps to stay young looking already. Smart girl. My wife and I roasted ourselves every summer tanning to look good. In the long run that was definitely a mistake. Anyway, the mask works. Daughter looks better than ever and has a son. A doctor on the news I respect said laser therapy works wonders on skin.

Mask strap broke after about 7 months making it unusable. Seller refused to send a replacement or a refund. This mask was around 300 when I bought it and the quality is nowhere near where it should be. Shame on this seller

At 34, I am very conscious of my antiaging routine. I’ve been using this mask 3 to 5 times a week and really notice the difference in my skin. It feels smoother and looks brighter. What I like most is the flexibility of the design: it can flatten to fit other body parts, so I can use it beyond just my face. The setup is simple, it’s comfortable to wear, and it’s easy to fit into my weekly routine. Definitely a great investment in at home skincare.

Worth every penny. I never took before and after photos but I’ve had this a little over a year and I love it. Definitely did help with my rosacea. It fits comfortably. Easy to use. Most importantly it’s been my favorite skincare device I’ve purchased in so long.

Tip: turning it on- I see a lot of people are posting that it won’t turn on. It did the same thing for me until I realized that you cannot have it plugged in. it must be unplugged and fully charged then it will turn on. I ordered the current body facemask. The small silicone eye protection pieces are both for one eye so I got two of the same. There should be one for the right eye and one for the left eye, but I received two left eye pieces. There’s also only one strap on the back of this facemask. So no matter how tight I make the strap it just slides down to my neck and the facemask wants to fall off. So I ended up having to hold it in place for the entire 10 minutes, or lay down to make sure it doesn’t fall off. There should be a strap at the top. I don’t know how well the red light will work, but I guess I will find out. But maybe I’ll become more annoyed with the way this mask is set up and will probably send it back before my 30 days are up.

I love the ease and effectiveness of this mask. My skin looks better and although some reviewers have mentioned issues with battery life or quality, I haven’t had any. I try to use it four times a week (the more you use it, the better the results.) I have recommended this product to a few people and will continue to do so. I think it’s definitely worth the money as long as it’s used consistently.

I bought this and probably used 10-15 times and it’s already stopped working. The battery flashes green so that’s not the issue, but the mask no longer turns on! A total rip off. I want my money back!

Greta item. Bought a couple months ago and can see a huge difference with consistent use. Although is price definitely is worth the spend. Not a huge difference between this one and the new version

They sent me a non-working mask. I had to return it. I wanted to use the mask actually so now I need to find another place to buy a red light mask. I thought this brand was good.

It doesn’t work. Returning is a huge hassle! Not sure I’ll even get the £299 refund because not assured by Amazon— have to print a return label and pay to return!!
