FreeTec 1130Kgs (2500Lbs) Manual Hand Winch with 10m Strap for Boat Trailer Caravan Marine

Seems pretty well made & for the price is very good, I'm using it on a car trailer.

I brought this to fix on my boat trailer (small 4.5m rib). It fitted on the existing holes without any need for modification, which is a major plus point, the strap feels strong, and it has two speeds when pulling the boat in, (I have only ever used it on the fast setting and i think you have to move the handle to make it slower but easier). It is easy to use and feels secure, and the hook fits easily on to the boat. for the money i cant fault it.

2500lb web strap version. Works very well and seems very robust but it's a relatively cheap winch of this capacity so maybe this is not for fequent professional use. I'd recommmend a couple of tweaks before using. For hoisting my wind turbine mast a few times a year ( 100kg pull approx ) it works a treat. The tweaks I refer to are : 1) Grease all moving parts ( I took it apart to do this throughly - dead easy by the way ). Surprising that was no lubricant as supplied which would result in gears being chewed up quite quickly if used "dry". 2) The 3 main spindles ( 2 crank, 1 drum ) shimmy side to side by about 1-2mm. This means that the pressure can be increased by about %30-%40 on the gear teeth if say, the handle shimmies 1.25mm left and the drum another 1.25 mm to the right. Solved completely by adding suitable washers ( I had to make my own out of sheet steel ). Easier than sending back and getting a better (?) replacement. Perhaps mine was somewhat "out of spec". You may be lucky and get a really good one. But do check before using. You don't want to have teeth slippage while moving a heavy load. Regarding load, the plate steel frame would be struggling with a metric ton so if you genuinely need to shift that kind of load you'd be safer to go for a higher capacity winch. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this cheap winch.

Das Blau des Gurts sieht schön aus. Es sollte eine Alternative zu einem Hebelzug sein. Die 1to "Zugkraft" ist wohl auf das maximale Gewicht der Last in der horizontalen Ebene (ohne Reibung) bezogen. Bei zu schneller Betätigung prellt die Sperrklinge und die Last rauscht durch.

L'arganetto è molto robusto e di buona fattura, non ho riscontrato gioco negli ingranaggi e il meccanismo di blocco /sblocco è funzionale, abbastanza comodo, personalmente avrei aggiunto uno schermo per evitare di lasciare le dita negli ingranaggi, ma se usato con intelligenza, direi che non ci sono problemi, inoltre se non lo si volesse montare fisso ma usandolo come Tir-for in aria, una paio di ganci posteriori ai lati avrebbero consentito di agganciarlo a dei tiranti, modifica che farò certamente io. In linea di massima è il migliore che ho visto (e ho cercato parecchio) lo consiglio vivamente, la cinghia al posto della famigerata corda di acciaio che si ingroviglia e fa effetto molla è perfetta, lunga quanto basta e pratica. in definitiva un bel 10 con lode per un prodotto sufficientemente economico ma valido.
