These Vanhench 0.5 mm black gel pens are surprisingly good. The ink flows smoothly right from the first stroke and dries fast enough to avoid smudging, which I appreciate since I write quickly. The lines are clean and consistent, and the pens feel comfortable to hold for long notes or journaling. I really like that the set comes with multiple pens because I tend to misplace them, so having backups is perfect. The quality is better than many name-brand pens I have bought in the past. I’m particular about the pens I use and these pens are smooth and excellent quality. I love them so much I give them out to friends as gifts :)

Very sleek, very comfortable pens. I love how the ink looks and the size but it’s a bit difficult to get a consistent flow of ink when writing. You have to hold the pen at an angle and can’t write too fast. Only takes a few seconds to dry and no smear. Honestly, I don’t think I’d choose to buy these again though, I’d rather buy sharpie gel pens. These are nice when they write but it’s too tricky for the cost.

They feel and look nice, I bought them as a stocking stuffer for a Christmas gift for my sister, I have not tried them out. They do have a nice weight to them and are pretty. I placed them inside a Sanrio themed metal pencil case.
