Water heater arrived to my home fast. Works great! I bought this to replace the identical water heater in my home. I have well water so I like to replace my water heater every few years. Installation was easy.

Works fantastic. Installation wasn't too bad going from tank water heater to tankless. I ran my own electrical (it's handy to be an electrician sometimes). Very pleased, hopefully it will last year's to come.

don't waste your money
do not buy it. that's too bad . I bought 2 and the first one lasted 1 year. I thought I had been unlucky. The second one lasted a year and a half. They just don't work.

Replacement was easy, because I had similar thankless electric water heater ...
Replacement was easy, because I had similar thankless electric water heater installed before this one. And on the plus side my lights stooped flickering with this unit as apposed to old one.However after installation I have discovered, what this unit can't run shower 1.5-1.7 GPM and second faucet .5 GPM at the same time. I am not sure what the problem is, but water temperature drops from hot to barely warm as soon as I open second water fixture and stays this way. My old thankless water heater used to run 2 showers and a faucet quite easily at the same time. I am on the well in Pennsylvania so my water temperature is constant 63F-65F year around. I used diagnostic USB port, because I thought maybe one of the heating elements did not engage, but it gave me 0 error codes, witch means unit is not capable of ruining shower and a faucet at the same time, with incoming water temperature of 65F. I Have to return it and get the different one. If you wanna run just 1 shower, it is great, but for whole house application will not work.
