This is actually our second purchase! I’ve been using this beauty pillow for a while now, but I just bought another one for my husband. The size is absolutely perfect and fits my standard cases easily, but the specialized design is what makes the difference. I’m also very pleased with the firmness level; it provides great cervical support without being too hard. As a side sleeper, this is the only face pillow that effectively prevents those deep morning sleep lines and facial puffiness. It’s also a lifesaver if you have lash extensions! A huge plus: it came with an extra cooling pillowcase as a gift, so now I have 2 cases in total which is amazing value. Beyond the product, their customer service is top-notch. I like this pillow. I am mostly a side sleeper and this pillow has a good level of firmness. If you only ever sleep on your side, it's a little low, but I switch to my back as well so I'm glad it's not too tall for that. I like the side cutouts for sleeping on my side without my face mashed into the pillow. It is on the firmer side but not uncomfortably so -- I like the supportiveness. It doesn't collapse away to nothing the way some pillows do. However my pillowcase came with a slightly mis-sewn zipper and it doesn't zip up very well. It is possible, but not easy. I thought i was gonna break the zipper. Not a dealbreaker for me since I am covering it with another pillowcase anyway, so I don't need to remove it regularly to launder, but I am removing a star for this flaw.

To start with, the bamboo fabric is incredibly soft and pleasant to the touch. I really enjoy using it. The pillow doesn’t leave any marks on my face, and it doesn’t create static in my hair. The pillow’s softness is just right. It is not too firm, not too soft (though it leans slightly toward the softer side). It feels comfortable and doesn’t interrupt my sleep, while still offering good support for my neck. I adjusted to it very quickly. I’ve tried pillows from other brands, including some that cost two to three times more, but in terms of size, fabric, and firmness, this one is my favorite. If I had one suggestion about it, it would be to offer the option to buy an extra pillow cover with it. That said, when I reached out to the company, their customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful about everything. The design of the pillow is also really great, and it’s quite generously sized. As someone who usually sleeps on my side or back, I found it to be a great fit. Overall, I loved this pillow!

You’re probably here because your eyes bulged at the price of the real Flawless Face Pillow or the Omnia Pillow and went to Amazon to find an alternative. Feel free to try this out and have the return policy set your mind at ease. For me, this did not work. You have to position your head perfectly to allow the side of your face to fit in the gaps. Otherwise, you’re basically just squishing it defeating the purpose. It tough for me. Perhaps I could train myself to do it (I tried for 4 nights) but I started getting neck & shoulder pain and just wanted it to end. This is also a pretty firm pillow despite its memory foam core. I appreciated the neck support though. As a general pillow on its own, it’s not bad but if you’re getting it for the anti-wrinkle “feature” know it will take time to adjust and isn’t perfect.

Did not like. The indent for the head isn’t deep enough to provide the proper neck curve, so the pillow is too high, and puts my neck at a bad angle. Side sleeping is even worse. I wake up with headaches everyday that I try to use it. Also the ridge for your chin is awkward and too wide. I have to angle the pillow diagonally to get it to even fit between my neck and chin, and it’s still awkward. I’m going to try the sleepwithme pillow next. It has a head divot, and on their website, you can order it in different heights and different firmness levels. Looks promising!

It could work. Its size is not the right one for me. The distance of where my neck lays and my chin is not at the proper distance for my cheek to fall into the designated area. I’ve given this a few weeks to work but it’s just not something I can use without making sure throughout my sleep that I’m falling into the right place or changing the angle of the pillow.
