Do you have to wipe off after every single application of gel polish cure? as I see tackiness after each application and I use a 50w lamp

Pretty sure it's supposed to be tacky between each layer so they all stick better together, I never wipe between layers and only do it at the very end after the top coat. (I'm not sure how powerful my lamp is though so there may be a difference there but I doubt it)
