This is a really brilliant product. It is durable, versatile and easy to clean. The instructions are clear and easy to understand plus we love the automatic shut off. The Neo 3 in 1 makes cooking eggs so simple, it is an awesome bit of kit.

Fabulous. Previous one the buzzer was pathetic, didn't have auto shut off so continued to burn eggs if you forgot. This has a buzzer you can hear across the house, just made a perfectly cooked soft boiled egg for the first time in ages, perfect!

Neat appearance, easy to use, compact with excellent egg poaching and omelette trays.

Brilliant little helper for breakfast. Yes there is some residue left after cooking the eggs but is easy to clean it with distilled vinegar, so for me is not a problem at all and it hasn't put me off of using it. My eggs are perfect every time. I have a minor complain though, the alarm that tells you the eggs are done is quite annoying.

It's good in the sense it does as expected but there's a major flaw in the design. No matter how you boil the eggs there is always residue left on the heating plate. The heating plate does not detach and it's a hazard running water over a live appliance. I'll probably use this for now then replace it with something better.

Fabulous bit of kit.. works well and gives you perfect boiled, poached and omlette.. there’s a booklet with it so you can perfect how well your eggs are cooked. The only downside is that it is quite small bit in turn it doesn’t take up too much counter or storage space. You get a good portion

Terrible. The video says the lid is stainless steel, mine is plastic. The machine is also very noisy. Having pressed the on button and the instructions state the light will come on, it intermittently comes on. Very disappointed. Would recommend you stick to the traditional way of poaching eggs.

A great addition to our kitchen. So much easier to make eggs. I only do boiled eggs, but my wife even likes the omelette. So great purchase for a reasonable price.
