Review: Does the job! No fog! - I find it works reliably. If you spray from a distance and let it dry before using I’ve noticed it may fog a bit at first then clears. I’ve used it for a few week now (I swim 3 times a week) and I haven’t had to rinse my goggles once or take them off. Before this spray I was having to rinse them every length. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying another once the first runs out. No leaking.

**Q: How often should this be applied ?**
A: I applied the product to my goggles each time I used them, 3 times a week, but then I suppose it depends how often and for how long you use your goggles.

**Q: how do you use this i dont have the bottle to see what the instructions are  is this ok for swimming**
A: A bespoke product for swimming goggles, just spray it on, I have not had any problems with it.

**Q: Is it alcohol based? And how is the quantity? Thanks from a steamed-up swimmer who needs more vision.**
A: I go swimming couple of times a week & it has lasted me about 6 months!

**Q: how do you use**
A: It is a small aerosol spray. You spray direct onto goggle lenses. You do not need to wipe lens after spraying and can use goggles straight away.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not anti fog/ they are when instructions followed to the letter

Rubbish used as instructions said, I got no more than three strokes into my first lap and they were fogged. Rinsed tried again fogged in four or five strokes. Absolute waste of money, would not recommend. Update I have now followed the instructions religiously, even down to measuring distance when spraying, and I take it all back. Have used them twice and the stuff works no fog, very pleased, admittedly the swims weren't too long but compared to when I originally wore them it works great.
