The XTool arrives almost gift wrapped, it all comes neatly packed in purpose assembled boxes. The machine is of high quality, very sturdy and fits together well. The instructions are mainly through photos, so a little more detail would be helpful.

Good laser, but customer service is what I wanted to mention. Have been very responsive and helpful with some of the issues I have had.

Sad to say when I opened the box and was hit with the smell of burning that I immediately knew this wasn't a new unit. Easily confirmed when I removed the safety glasses which were covered in greasy fingerprints, cables not properly wrapped and dirty laser head.Very disappointed to pay so much money and get a second hand piece of equipment!

I have been very happy with my D1 Pro 20watt. Since getting it I have been able to start my own business.I have put on some of the things I have been able to cut. I have a long list of things that I cut and sell.The customer service at xtool has also been very good. The photo’s hopefully show the detail of how well it cuts. Very pleased and looking forward to up grading in the future to the 40 watt.

Very Happy with this, well built and strong.

Had this machine for just over 12 months now and up until recently i was really pleased with it. Now it keeps randomly disconnecting from my laptop and no matter what I do, i cannot get it to stay conected.I have tried new cables, cleaning the laser etc and noting works. Don't waste your money.
