I would really prefer to give this product 5 stars. However with the failure of either the stitching, or leather, or both, after a short use, I can not do that at this time. If I had them for at least a year, I could understand a failure in the product being a possibility. The only other issue I had with them was the insoles sliding backwards causing my foot to jam forward. That being said onto the good. The good thing is that they are the size they claim to be. They are cut wide for people like myself with a big hoof. Also, they are comfortable, not only for wear, but also for walking. While meandering about a sculpture garden, I hiked over 7 miles. I am not an avid hiker, and am considered morbidly obese. So this is not something I normally do. With that in mind, I hope this comment will bear more weight. After walking said mileage, my feet did not hurt nor did they feel fatigued. I would love to sing praises from the hilltops for this product. However I can not, as they had started to come apart at the seams.

Excellent construction and great fit.

Fits perfect, rare for my pinky toes. Thick leather, well constructed. Looks solid and modern for a so-called orthopedic shoe. No laces, just an elastic band and velcro strap. Deceptive simplicity actually hugs nice and tight. Will see how it holds up over time, but for now, money well spent. Beats all the other top brands who don't bother with wide feet humans.
