I recently purchased a Spigen product, but unfortunately, I am facing an issue with it. The lock mechanism has stopped functioning properly after just 3–4 uses. It is not locking correctly and seems to be defective. Since the product is almost new and has been used only a few times, this issue is quite disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and guide me regarding the replacement or warranty claim process. Please let me know the next steps at the earliest.

Excellent product. Very fit and finish. Provides very good protection from falls & scratches. It comes with double sided tape preapplied in the upper section to the top halve of the earphone case & also has an extra precut replacement tape just in case. The bottom half fit very snug on the case.The provided Carabiner is also good. Wireless charging also works without any hassle, but the case doesn't have any magnets for alligning the case over a magsafe chargerb; Some other brands offer magnets 🙂. Overall it's just excellent.

This case does a great job protecting the earbuds from scratches and drops. The material feels sturdy. My main issue is that it developed a noticeable yellow tint and looks dirty after regular use. It is a functional case, but it doesn't stay clean or clear for long.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der mitgelieferte Karabiner. Dieser macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ermöglicht es, die Galaxy Buds einfach an einer Tasche oder einem Schlüsselbund zu befestigen. Dadurch habe ich das Ladecase immer griffbereit und muss nicht mehr in der Tasche suchen.
