Updated after just two months - it's broken just when I put it on the table! I even never used it on fire or oven.I really love the design. It comes with two lids, both look beautiful. I don't use it for making water on fire so donno if the glass can survive such heat or not. But it is perfect as a teapot. The filter works great and I enjoy seeing flowers and leaves inside through the glass.

I was pleasantly surprised that the teapot came with 2 lids, one made of bamboo as shown in the photo and the other made of clear glass, like the body of the teapot. Both are good and fits tightly.I have made tea every day in it since receiving the product and I am very happy with the look of it, as well as how it works. It has a simple wire circle thing at the sprout to keep tea leaves from coming out, and it is very elegant looking and effective

I don't plan to put it on the stove, but its nice to know I can. Its very nice -- and came with both a wood lid and a glass one (I have the 1800 ml size). Perfect size for our Bunn Coffee maker... that coffee maker always has hot water at the ready... I just needed a tall enough teapot to catch the hot water! and this one is a perfect fit. I leave the warmer plate on, too, so my tea stays hot. VERY happy! And its cute.

Pretty design. Relatively effective (the filter is just a coil of wire in the spout so it's not great). But the pot literally shattered with no warning one day, when placed gently down in the sink. We didn't expose it to extreme temperature....I think it is just very fragile. Similar pots have lasted years; this one made it about a month.

Got it to replace another all glass kettle I had that cracked, needed a quick replacement because I used it almost every day (I use it to heart water on an electric stove). The teapot itself seems ok so far, but was disappointed that the glass top that came with it was shattered when I got it and then after washing the pot and top before first use, realized that that bamboo top was also cracked and unusable. Didn’t want to send it back because I still need a kettle/teapot daily, but am disappointed about the broken tops.

I love brewing all different kinds of herbal teas and this has honestly been the best glass kettle I’ve ever had. I’d buy it again and again if i had toBtw i wasn’t paid to write this, I’m just overly excited about my tea kettle!

I take this one with me to work every day. Ive turned into enough of a tea snob to know the larger brewing chamber is nicer for more thorough water circulation around the loose leaves. Works spot on, easy to clean

I bought this to brew my loose leaf tea. It was beautiful, but I fixed that! It will not hold up to five hours left boiling, just saying. 🤓
