These pliers are durable and strong. They have a really good grip that is ideal for grabbing things. They also cut wire, or rope pretty easy. I think Dowell is a great brand and I can't wait to try more of their products.

A simple product I needed does what its supposed to with ease. Not much more you could expect, opens and closes with ease has some type of grease or something at the parts rubbing on each other.

Pliers seem to work ok right out of the pack but poor quality machining of the pieces and not finished ‘polish’. Sorta crude and rank old grease just pours out of the joint with other lube(?) swiped over the jaws. Length not a full 8” and hope they hold up with use. ☹️
