I like this product from Bespillow. I like the firmness. The pillow feels softer than the pillows I tried from the same company. The pillow maintains its shape well, and doesn’t flatten out over time. There are two sides to sleep on the pillow. One side is higher than the other to sleep on. I prefer the lower side. So, having this option is great. It’s odorless memory foam, and does not have bad new pillow odor. The cover is soft and breathable, keeping me cool throughout the night. It is also washable, which is a plus. I am a side and stomach sleeper, but I have no problem sleeping either way with this pillow. I’ve been waking up with no neck pain or shoulder pain. The sleep has been more deeper and restful. In summary, the pillow has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, support, and overall sleep quality. this memory foam pillow is good and helps with neck alignment and contours to your head , a little firm at first when you lay your head on it but as you continue to sleep on it it becomes softer . I highly recommend it to those looking for a affordable nice comfortable pillow.

I can’t say there is anything wrong with my purchase but I did not have enough support where I felt my head was elevated enough. Quality is very good, material very soft.

The first night or two I was not sure if this was helping my sleep and pain in neck. After the first two nights, I began to wake up more rested, and much less pain in my neck. I have an injury in my C7/C6 area, from about 10 years ago. I try to take care of it holistically, through stretching, physical therapy, yoga, nutrition, massage, and I have a chiropractor appointment set up for later this month. Sleep is one of the most important ways to take care of yourself, and a good bed and pillow can change how you feel in the day and prevent injuries, aches and pain. My other pillow was not an orthopedic pillow. This is an excellent pillow. There is no bad smell from the memory foam. The material feels like it is non toxic too. When opening it was cold, but now it is just cooling or normal. It is quite comfortable and I'm waking up with less pain and ache. Was starting to get concerned before receiving this pillow. Now I'm feeling much better.

I love my new pillow. Upon arrival I washed the cover and then placed inside of my 100% cotton pillowcase. I Love this pillow so much. I am strictly a side sleeper and this pillow is like heaven. I had one similar a long time ago, and I have to say this is by far my favorite pillow I have ever owned. It is a blend of soft yet fully supportive. I am not sure how they managed that but yes, soft and supportive at the same time. I noticed that in some of the picture reviews where some did not care for the pillow, I believe they are using it wrong. The higher side fits snugley under your neck while the dip cradles your head like a baby and the lower hump goes on the headboard side (top of your head area to allow your head to float in perfect alignment with your spine. It is not comfortable at all with the low hump at the neck area because the high hump at the top of your head makes your head tilt up in an uncomfortable position. I can only imagine that those using the low hump under the neck will never recognize the comfort had they turrned it around. I also get a hot face while sleeping and that wakes me up, I have not had a hot face with this pillow but I know 100% cotton pillowcases also help with air circulation. Cheers to a perfect nights sleep.

I like the pillow, 2sides to choose from..

Wife bought this thinking it would stop me from snoring and ease the pain in my neck, although it doesn't do either. The pillow IS somewhat comfortable, but I will still wake up with a sore or stiff neck. Gonna keep it anyway, since it wasn't that expensive, and is no better nor worse than the heavier pillow I've been using.
