Acumobility Level 1 Ball (Red) Trigger Point Ball

Excellent trigger point mobility tool. Great for traps, mid/upper back, and hips. The flat bottom is a very innovative enhancement over a traditional lax ball as it allows the ball to stay in place while working on soft tissue. Only downside is that the price tag is for one ball and you really need two. Highly recommend as an addition to the mobility tool collection of any active athlete or training enthusiast!

I have used this for the past couple of weeks due to shoulder issues from racquet sports-- this really works. The good thing is that you can place it against a wall (I use a door frame) and find the point where you need it to go in the shoulder and then....lean into it. Another good thing is that there is no residue left on the wall from the ball.

I have only had these a few days now, but I can already tell they are going to be my new favorite product! I just had hip replacement surgery a few months ago and I have so many tight areas around my body from being on crutches and canes. I love how I can use these against a wall because I can’t get on and off the ground easily. Great product!

Love that is made in USA in Maine, so for that reason I don't mind paying more. Using after recommendation of my PT. Works better then a ball and it also smells nice like vanilla. It would be nice to make it clear that different color gives you different firmness.

I purchased this as a gift - and it seems to be doing the trick. Designed for use up against the wall or on the floor - the flat side gives stability that a tennis ball can't give.

Excellent quality, very well made mobility ball. Love the gummy/sticky quality, gives you more options compared to the typical ball (in my opinion).

This item was recommended by my trainer. It is easy to use and very effective in reducing pain and stiffness.

Absolutely wonderful, gets the tough knots between my shoulder blades. I even get “ “ “adjusted” while using!!
