I use this product as beard oil, and I highly recommend it as such. This simple blend of 80% sunflower and 20% avocado oils is perfect for moisturizing the skin underneath the beard and conditioning the hair. Apply immediately after showering, straight from the bottle. Very low on scent; your favorite beard butter or balm can be added afterwards, good to go. Read the ingredients on any bottle of beard oil, avocado and sunflower are usually mains in the best. Here they are for a bargain price.

I'm going to be honest: I am not using this as a cooking oil. The smell and taste are too off-putting for me to ignore. However, I am using this as a soapmaking oil. It's decent enough for that purpose. Once I run out, I will continue to buy my oils separately and use this as a learning experience. For any soapmakers out there, please remember the ratio is 80:20 sunflower to avocado oil.
