Can I use essential oils? Where to put oil?

Yes. There is a dedicated aroma box on the back. Add a few drops of essential oil onto a cotton pad and place it inside the box. The mist will carry the fragrance. Do NOT put oil directly into the water tank or base – that may damage the humidifier

This humidifier runs quietly, but its high mist output is best for medium to large rooms. To prevent moisture buildup and minimize any slight operational sounds, place it away from your bed and nightstand.
